TODAY IS INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY;
a day to celebrate the social, economical, cultural, and political achievements of women. This is a particularly important day for our Company, as Cardinal Systems is a proud equal opportunity employer, with half its workforce between all divisions represented by women. Not only is the Company co-owned by a woman, but there are many women in leadership positions, as well as manufacturing and labor positions (jobs still generally viewed as male-dominant roles) that deserve to be celebrated.
This is still not a typical ‘norm’ in our society for this type of industry, and so we are even more proud to honor all of the hard-working women that go against the grain and contribute to the Company’s success, growth, and innovation everyday.
