FPSS Welcomes New Retail Operations Manager

As the industry continues to change and grow, so are the inner workings of our Corporate network. Fox Pool & Spa Services is excited to announce the addition of Multi-Location Retail Operations Manager to Denise Auker.

Denise’s experience in retail and customer service make her uniquely qualified to operate in this position. Since 2006, Denise has held multiple positions within retail including Customer Service, Warehouse Generalist, and Store Locations Manager. Denise’s experience and knowledge in implementing POS/ERP systems, managing and training teams, growing and re-locating store locations, and marketing and visual merchandising will make her a valuable asset to our expanding retail store business. This new position will be responsible for overseeing all retail locations and applying her expertise to expanding our current operations and new business. Denise will work closely with the Service, Retail, and Wholesale teams to become acclimated and carry through the progressive vision of the Company.
