Grand Opening of New Office Addition

Part of Cardinal’s Schuylkill Haven Expansion Project

Cardinal Systems is happy to announce that the first phase of the Expansion Project has been completed and is ready for employees to begin utilizing. What was once a parking lot to the left-hand side of the existing building, is now a modern-industrial open concept office addition that will house our Customer Service, Accounting, Marketing, and CAD Departments. The office addition features single office and open cubicle layouts, as well as a new restroom, break room, and training room capable of holding up to 75 people.

As part of the overall Expansion, Cardinal has also upgraded high foot-traffic areas utilized by employees. A common lunch and break area, our Steel Break Room underwent a transformation and is now renovated with fresh paint, new floors, kitchen amenities, upgraded vending machines, new seating areas, and a foosball table. The current production floor is undergoing major changes as each Team works diligently to plan and prepare the best course of action for rearranging current work spaces for more efficient work flow and adequate space. In addition to this transition, Cardinal is also expected to receive 2 new state-of-the-art pieces of machinery for our Steel Department that will aid in meeting demand needs as well as allow for more steel-related capabilities.

The next phase of the Expansion project is well underway with the progress of the new Warehouse addition. Expected to be completed by July of 2022, the Warehouse will offer exponential storage space for finished goods and product. The highly anticipated completion of this project promises additional space that will in turn provide current operations the ability to shift and spread out, allowing our teams to maximize their potential to meet the high increase in demand.

Since July of 2021, Cardinal Systems, Inc. Headquarter location in Schuylkill Haven, PA has been undergoing a series of renovations and major construction additions aspart of our Expansion project. Cardinal’s aggressive pursuit to always be innovating and improving processes to better serve its Customers and workforce is unwavering and never-ending. 2022 and beyond look to be very promising as progression continues.
